[ About ]

I build and scale brands with intention - from early foundations to global visibility. My work spans brand systems, product marketing, organic social growth, team leadership, and the design of communications that support long-term mission outcomes.

I’ve led campaigns and platforms that helped fund seven million trees in two years, grew global communities to over 250,000 people, and built segmented audiences of 40,000+ engaged supporters. I’ve also shaped and scaled the brand of a carbon removal startup from near invisibility to international recognition - growing its community to 15,000 and positioning it as a trusted voice in a new and emerging climate market. Across sectors, my focus is the same: clarity, credibility, and momentum.

Worldchanging Brands

Design and rebranding as strategic infrastructure in an emerging carbon market leadership industry

InPlanet - Carbon Dioxide Removal through Enhanced Rock Weathering in Brazilian agriculture

When I joined the InPlanet team in mid-2023, Enhanced Rock Weathering (ERW) was slowly emerging from academia into a globally watched climate solution. This was especially true for tropical regions where it held more promise due to the warm, wet climate. Few people outside of academia understood how basalt rock is a subtle yet powerful climate solution.

When applied to farmlands, rock powder accelerates natural weathering reactions that draw down CO₂ while improving soil health. The science seemed promising, but the market had not caught up yet. By late 2024, InPlanet had become a leader in innovating and developing this solution.

The first ERW credits in history were verified. What’s more, MRV (Monitoring, Reporting and Verification) frameworks had become more developed, leading to a greater body of research and implementation.

TreeSisters - A global reforestation movement across the tropical belt embedding women’s empowerment

For two years, I worked with TreeSisters as Marketing Manager and Head of Marketing and Branding. TreeSisters is a reforestation and women’s empowerment charity on a mission to help human beings restore our relationship with nature.

During my time with the team, I led global campaigns, digital product collaboration and strategic corporate relationships that funded the planting of over seven million trees in two years. I managed marketing across creative, digital, and community functions to build segmented email engagement for an audience of over 45,000 subscribers and a social audience of over 250,000 followers.

This role balanced strategic vision with execution to create joy and momentum, turning behavioral insights into sustained engagement and climate action.

“Our Tomorrow Begins Today” campaign to deepen national pride and regional resilience

HLSCC - Rebrand strategy for a climate resilience and Blue Economy education pioneer in the British Virgin Islands

Few regions understand the implications of climate resilience and ocean stewardship more intimately than the island nations of the OECS.

When I worked with the H. Lavity Stoutt Community College (HLSCC) in the British Virgin Islands on their rebrand strategy, the college was reimagining what vocational education could look like for the OECS and the territory in a Blue Economy policy framework. To develop a new brand involved engaging both legacy and possibility, history and vision.

As their Founder, the late Hugh Lavity Stoutt, built the foundations for accessible education in the BVI, the task now was to articulate a brand that could honour that history while guiding the institution into a new era of regional impact and resilience.

At the heart of my practice is a commitment to precision, depth, and care. I work closely with organisations tackling complex environmental challenges - designing strategies that balance rigour with humanity, ambition with responsibility.

Whether supporting gigaton-scale carbon removal, large-scale reforestation, or place-based Blue Economy initiatives, my approach is rooted in systems thinking, contemporary design, and cultural intelligence - helping teams move faster without losing what matters most.

Also, I do what I do with a lot of love and joy.
